Delete your Last Call Analytics account

Privacy

This page explains how to request deletion of your account for the Last Call Analytics mobile app, published on Google Play and the App Store by OrderEase Inc., and what happens to your data when you do.

Last Call Analytics accounts are created by your employer, who licenses the platform. Your company’s Last Call Analytics administrator can remove your account at any time, and you can also ask us directly using the steps below.

How to request deletion

What happens next

• We confirm it is you. We reply to the sign-in address on file. If the request came from a different address, we will ask you to confirm from the sign-in address before proceeding.
• We acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
• We notify your employer and complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying your request. You receive a confirmation email when it is done.

You can also sign out of the app at any time from the Settings screen. Signing out removes your saved sign-in details and biometric login from the device, but does not delete your account.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following within 30 days:

• Your sign-in credentials and account profile: email address, first and last name, and password.
• Your saved preferences: favourite territories, favourite locations, and favourite reports.
• Your app session history, including device type, app version, and operating system version recorded while you were signed in.
• Location history collected from the app while you were signed in, including GPS coordinates recorded on your account.
• Analytics identifiers that link app usage to you. Usage data already sent to Google Firebase Analytics is retained and deleted on Google’s schedule, and is not linked to your name or email.

What is kept, and for how long

Last Call Analytics is a business tool. Some records you create in the app are work product that belongs to your employer’s account, not to your personal account. These are retained under your employer’s agreement with us and are not deleted when your user account is removed:

Data	What happens
Account call notes, survey answers, and photos	Kept as part of your employer’s business records. Your name stays attached as the author unless your employer asks us to remove it.
Retail location edits and location notes	Kept. These describe the store, not you, and remain part of your employer’s location data.
KPI objective activity	Kept as part of your employer’s performance records for the period covered by their agreement.
Encrypted backups	Copies of deleted data may remain in routine backups for up to 35 days before they are overwritten.
Records required by law	Kept only as long as legally required, for example for accounting or dispute resolution.

If you want business records you authored removed or anonymized, ask your company administrator. Requests about those records are decided by your employer as the account holder.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

You can remove individual location notes you created from inside the app. To remove other data while keeping your account, email support@lastcallanalytics.com and describe what you would like removed.
